【Abstract】 Shi Zi integrated Confucianism, Legalism, Mohism and Taoism, and his thought of benevolence and morality is highly summarized by "self-cultivation and morality", "noble words and honest heart" and "making use of talents", which has distinct and enlightening significance and reference value for the construction of teachers’ morality in colleges and universities. In the construction of teachers’ morality in colleges and universities, the teachers will be inspired to make continuous progress and pursue a higher ideological realm, and also be encouraged to regard the cultivation of talents for our country as their missions.
