【摘要】 从事竞技运动的运动员是一个特殊的群体,运动员在赛前突发阑尾炎是一个颇为棘手的问题。我们采用中医药对1例大赛前突发阑尾炎的运动员进行辨证施治,不同阶段采用不同的处方进行对症下药。通过近4周的治疗,该运动员的阑尾炎症状和体征逐渐消失,并能完成教练员布置的赛前训练任务,最后运动员阑尾肿块消失,以良好的状态参加比赛并取得了优异成绩。结果表明:中医药治疗运动员的赛前急性阑尾炎,可收到理想的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professional athletes are a very special group and their acute appendicitis before the competition is difficult to deal with. We used traditional Chinese medicine to help an athlete who had acute appendicitis before the competition with different prescriptions at different periods. After 4 weeks of treatment,her symptoms gradually disappeared,and she was able to complete the pre-match tasks.Finally, her appendix lumps disappeared, so she entered the competition and achieved excellent results. It is shown that traditional Chinese medicine has achieved ideal results in treating athletes’ acute appendicitis before an important competition.更多还原
