【摘要】 该研究以国内21份桔梗种质资源为材料,采用随机区组设计,通过对2年生桔梗地上部、根部主要性状以及根部桔梗皂苷D含量进行方差分析后,采用隶属函数法对21份种质资源进行综合评价;并通过灰色关联分析,探讨皂苷D含量与各个农艺性状的关联程度。结果表明:21份种质资源中,延梗0303、延梗0410、河北承德2和亳州1的综合表现好,其中,延梗0303、延梗0410的农艺性状表现特别好,但桔梗皂苷D含量不是很高,适于做食用桔梗育种材料或品种,河北承德2和亳州1的皂苷D含量特别高,但农艺性状表现不是特别突出,适于做药用桔梗的育种材料;各个性状与皂苷D含量关联程度由大到小依次为:侧根数>茎粗>地上部鲜重>株高>根长>单根鲜重>根径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Make 21 Platycodon grandiflorum germplasms as materials, after the analysis of variances of the main characters of shoot and root of Platycodon grandiflorum and the content of Platycodon grandiflorum platycodin D in root by random block design, 21 germplasm resources were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method. In addition, the correlation degree between the content of saponin D and various agronomic characters was evaluated by grey correlation analysis. The results showed that among the 21 germplasm resources, comprehensive performances of Yangeng 0303, Yangeng 0410, Hebeichengde 2 and Bozhou 1 were better than the others. Among these, Yangeng 0303 and Yangeng 0410 expressed excellent agronomic properties, but just suitable to be used as edible breeding material or variety of Platycodon grandiflorum due to the content of Platycodon grandiflorum platycodin D was not very high. Hebeichengde 2 and Bozhou 1 contained particularly higher platycodin D with particularly outstanding agronomic traits, suitable to be used as breeding materials for medicinal Platycodon grandiflorum. The correlation degree between each character and platycodin D content was as follows: lateral root number>stem diameter > aboveground fresh weight> plant height>root length>single root fresh weight>root diameter.更多还原
