【摘要】 《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法(暂行)》的颁布,普通高等师范院校迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。为了提高化学师范生专业素质和职业认同水平,现对宜春学院178名化学师范生的教师职业认同进行问卷调查。结果表明,化学师范生职业认同水平属于中等偏上;职业认同水平受报考动机、家人、学校、社会的影响显著;大四年级的职业认同水平高于其他年级,职业意向略低其他四个维度。根据调查结果,分析了化学师范生对职业认同的影响因素,在师范生遴选,政策倾斜、教育教学课程优化等方面提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the promulgation of the Interim Measures for the implementation of the certification of normal colleges and universities, normal colleges and universities have ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. In order to improve the professional quality and professional identity level of chemistry normal university students, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the professional identity of 178 chemistry normal University students in Yichun university. The results show that the professional identity level of normal chemistry students is above average; The level of professional identity is significantly influenced by the applicant motivation, family, school and society. The level of professional identity of senior grade is higher than that of other grade, while the level of career intention is slightly lower than the other four dimensions.
