联合检测SAA、PCT及CRP在新生儿感染早期的鉴别诊断价值

【摘要】 目的通过联合检测新生儿血清淀粉样蛋白A (SAA)、降钙素原(PCT)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,探讨其对新生儿早期感染性疾病的诊断价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月深圳市罗湖区人民医院收治的166例新生儿作为研究对象,分为61例新生儿细菌感染病例(细菌感染组)、50例新生儿病毒感染病例(病毒感染组)和55例健康新生儿病例(对照组)。采集所有新生儿的血液标本,并采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测比较各组新生儿SAA、PCT及CRP水平。结果细菌感染组SAA、PCT及CRP阳性率高于病毒感染组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌感染组SAA、PCT及CRP水平高于病毒感染组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌感染组血清中联合检测SAA、PCT及CRP数值高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论联合检测SAA、PCT及CRP在新生儿感染早期具有更有效、更全面、更快速的检出率,能够为新生儿感染早期诊断及鉴别诊断提供强有力的检验依据。

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the diagnostic value of serum amyloid A(SAA), procalcitonin(PCT) and C-reactive protein(CRP) levels in neonates with infectious diseases. 【Methods】 From January 2017 to June 2018, 61 cases of bacterial infection and 50 cases of viral infection were selected as the observation group, and 55 cases of normal and healthy newborns as the control group. Blood samples of all newborns were collected, and the levels of SAA, PCT and CRP in each group were detected by ELISA and compared among groups.【Results】The positive rates of SAA, PCT and CRP in bacterial infection group were higher than those in other two groups with statistical significance(P<0.05); the levels of SAA, PCT and CRP in bacterial infection group were higher than those in viral infection group and healthy newborn group(P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combined detection of SAA, PCT and CRP were significantly higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The combined detection of SAA, PCT and CRP is more effective, more comprehensive and faster in the early detection of neonatal infections, which can provide a strong test basis for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of neonatal infections.
