【摘要】 目的观察门冬氨酸鸟氨酸颗粒治疗轻微型肝性脑病(MHE)的临床疗效。方法选取该院收治的60例MHE患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组、实验1组及实验2组各20例,对照组给予口服肌苷片(0.2 g/次,3次/d),实验1组及实验2组分别在口服肌苷片的基础上加用3 g/次,1次/d以及3 g/次,3次/d的门冬氨酸鸟氨酸颗粒治疗,观察3组治疗后血氨值、数字连接试验(NCT)、数字符号试验(DST)改善情况。结果实验1组与实验2组治疗后血氨、NCT及DST均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3 d和治疗1周后,实验2组血氨、NCT及DST均优于实验1组(P<0.05);治疗2周后,实验2组血氨、NCT及DST与实验1组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论门冬氨酸鸟氨酸颗粒治疗轻微型肝性脑病的临床疗效显著,且治疗初期应给予较高剂量。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To observe the curative effect of L-ornithine L-aspartate granules on minimal hepatic encephalopathy.【Methods】Sixty hospitalized patients with minimal hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into three groups(20 patients per group). Patients in control group were given inosine tablets(0.2 g, 3 times per day), and patients in experimental group 1 and group 2 were given the same doses of inosine tablet with different doses of L-ornithine L-aspartate granules(3 g, 1 time per day for group 1 and 3 g, 3 times per day for group 2). The blood ammonia level, number connection test(NCT), and digit symbol test(DST)in patients of each group were observed before and after treatment, respectively.【Results】The blood ammonia level, NCT, and DST in both experimental groups were better than the controls after treatment, respectively(P<0.05). Three days and 1 week after treatment, the blood ammonia level, NCT, and DST in experimental group 2 were better than those in experimental group 1,respectively(P<0.05). In contrast, there were no difference for the above indicators after 2 weeks of treatment between the two experimental groups(P>0.05).【Conclusion】L-ornithine L-aspartate has a significant clinical curative effect on minimal hepatic encephalopathy and a higher dose should be given at the beginning of treatment.更多还原
