激光光凝结合康柏西普玻璃体内注射对视网膜分支静脉阻塞性黄斑囊性水肿患者视力及中央视网膜厚度的影响

【摘要】 目的将激光光凝结合康柏西普玻璃体内注射用于视网膜分支静脉阻塞性黄斑囊性水肿治疗中,分析其对患者视力及中央视网膜厚度(CMT)的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2018年9月收治的120例(120眼)视网膜分支静脉阻塞性黄斑囊性水肿患者进行研究,以数字随机表法分为研究组(n=60)与参照组(n=60),参照组行激光光凝治疗,研究组在此基础上结合康柏西普玻璃体内注射治疗,对两组治疗效果进行观察。结果两组治疗前最佳矫正视力(BCVA)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后1、3、6个月各时间段BCVA与参照组相比,相对更高(P<0.05);两组治疗前CMT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后1、3、6个月各时间段CMT与参照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组复发率为0,明显低于参照组的6.67%(P<0.05)。结论激光光凝结合康柏西普玻璃体内注射治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)继发黄斑囊性水肿效果理想,可有效改善患者视力,降低CMT,值得应用。
【Abstract】 【Objective】To analyze the effect of laser photocoagulation combined with intravitreal injection of conbercept on vision and central macular thickness(CMT) in patients with macular cystic edema caused by branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO).【Methods】One hundred and twenty patients(120 eyes) with macular cystic edema due to branch retinal vein occlusion admitted from August 2017 to September 2018 were selected. They were divided into study group(n=60) and reference group(n=60) by digital random table method. The reference group was treated with laser photocoagulation. On this basis, the study group was treated with intravitreal injection of conbercept, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. 【Results】 There was no significant difference in best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The BCVA of the study group was higher than that of the reference group in each period of 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in CMT between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05), and there was significant difference in CMT between the two group in each period of 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05); the recurrence rate of the study group was 0,significantly lower than that of the reference group(6.67%)(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Laser photocoagulation combined with intravitreal injection of conbercept is effective in the treatment of macular cystic edema secondary to BRVO, which can effectively improve the vision of patients and reduce CMT.
