【摘要】 目的探讨消导调经汤联合穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)伴不孕患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月我院收治的PCOS伴不孕患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用克罗米芬治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用消导调经汤联合穴位埋线治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的E2、 FSH水平高于对照组,LH水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的排卵率及妊娠率均高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论消导调经汤联合穴位埋线可调节PCOS伴不孕患者的内分泌激素水平,提高排卵率和妊娠率,且安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaodao Tiaojing decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) complicated with infertility. Methods 60 patients with PCOS complicated with infertility admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate, and the observation group was treated with Xiaodao Tiaojing decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the levels of E2 and FSH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the level of LH was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P >0.05).Conclusions Xiaodao Tiaojing decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding can regulate the endocrine hormone levels of patients with PCOS complicated with infertility, and improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, which is safe and reliable.更多还原
