不同剂量重组人生长激素对特发性矮小症患儿身高、体重及血清IGF-1和IGFBP-3表达的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨不同剂量重组人生长激素对特发性矮小症患儿身高、体重及血清胰岛素样生长因子-1 (IGF-1)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3 (IGFBP-3)表达的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2019年3月我院收治的60例特发性矮小症患儿,随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用小剂量重组人生长激素治疗,研究组采用大剂量重组人生长激素治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组的身高、体重、 IGF-1、 IGFBP-3水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论大剂量重组人生长激素治疗特发性矮小症能够促进患儿生长发育,改善IGF-1和IGFBP-3水平,安全性较高。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of different doses of recombinant human growth hormone on height, weight and serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) in children with idiopathic short stature. Methods 60 patients with idiopathic short stature admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received low-dose recombinant human growth hormone,and the study group received high-dose recombinant human growth hormone. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the height, weight, IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusions High-dose recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of idiopathic short stature can promote the growth and development of children, and improve the IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels, with higher safety.
