【摘要】 目的探讨单孔腹腔镜肝囊肿去压顶减术治疗单纯性肝囊肿的临床疗效。方法 36例单纯性肝囊肿患者根据手术方法的不同分为两组各18例,对照组实施常规腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组实施单孔腹腔镜肝囊肿去顶减压术治疗,比较两组的临床相关指标及术后并发症。结果两组的手术时间和术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的术后排气时间、引流时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,VAS评分、术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论单孔腹腔镜肝囊肿去顶减压术治疗单纯性肝囊肿的效果确切,具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of single-port laparoscopic hepatic cyst decortication in the treatment of single hepatic cyst.%Methods 36 patients with single hepatic cyst were divided into two groups according to the surgical methods, with 18 cases in each group. The control group was treated with regular laparoscopic surgery, and the observation group was treated with single-port laparoscopic hepatic cyst decortications. The related clinical indicators and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.%Results No statistical difference was found between two groups in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss volume(P >0.05). The postoperative exhaust time, drainage duration and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group, and the VAS score and incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower than those of control group(P <0.05).%Conclusions Single-port laparoscopic hepatic cyst decortication in the treatment of single hepatic cyst has exact effect, with the advantages of small trauma, fast recovery and few complications.更多还原
