【摘要】 目的探讨输尿管支架管留置位置与输尿管支架管相关并发症的相关性。方法回顾性分析2015年2月到2019年2月557例留置输尿管支架管患者的临床资料,根据支架管位置的不同分为A组(越过膀胱中线,262例)、 B组(未越过膀胱中线,295例),比较两组的相关并发症发生率,分析支架管留置位置与相关并发症的相关性。结果 A组的输尿管支架管相关并发症发生率显著高于B组(P <0.05); Pearson分析显示输尿管支架管留置位置越过膀胱中线位置与输尿管支架管相关并发症发生率呈正相关(r>0, P <0.05)。结论输尿管支架管留置位置越过膀胱中线会明显增加输尿管支架管相关并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between the indwelling position of ureteral stent and complications related to ureteral stent.% Methods The clinical data of 557 patients with indwelling ureteral stent from February 2015 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different positions of the stent, the patients were divided into group A(262 cases, crossing the midline of the bladder) and group B(295 cases, not crossing the midline of the bladder). The incidence of related complications was compared between the two groups, and the correlation between the indwelling position of stent and related complications was analyzed.%Results The incidence of ureteral stent-related complications in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P <0.05). Pearson analysis showed that the indwelling position of ureteral stent across the midline of the bladder was positively correlated with the incidence of ureteral stent-related complications(r >0, P <0.05).% Conclusions The indwelling position of ureteral stent across the midline of the bladder can obviously increase the incidence of ureteral stent-related complications.更多还原
