【摘要】 目的探讨肌肉骨骼超声在无症状高尿酸血症患者早期关节病变中的早期诊疗价值。方法选取100例无症状高尿酸血症患者作为高尿酸血症组,同时选取健康体检者100例为对照组,两组均行肌肉骨骼超声检查,比较其超声图特点。结果高尿酸血症组的双轨征、滑膜增生、血流显像、关节积液、骨侵蚀发生率分别为25%、 68%、 69%、 48%、 22%,均明显高于对照组的6%、 21%、 15%、 9%、 3%(P <0.01)。结论肌肉骨骼超声是无症状高尿酸血症患者关节病变早期诊断的重要方法,可为降尿酸时机提供更多依据,减少高尿酸血症带来的关节损害及并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in early diagnosis and treatment of joint lesions in patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia. Methods 100 patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia were selected as hyperuricemia group, and 100 healthy people were selected as control group. Both groups received musculoskeletal ultrasound examination, and the characteristics of ultrasound images were compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of double contour sign, synovium hyperplasia, blood flow imaging, joint effusion and bone erosion in the hyperuricemia group were respectively 25%, 68%, 69%, 48% and 22%, significantly higher than 6%, 21%, 15%, 9% and 3% in the control group(P <0.01). Conclusions Musculoskeletal ultrasound is an important method for early diagnosis of joint lesions in patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia, which provides indications for reducing uric acid, and reduces the joint damage and complications caused by hyperuricemia.更多还原
