【摘要】 目的探讨社会心理干预对白内障患者术后生活质量和心理状态的影响。方法 100例行白内障手术的患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组实施常规护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上实施社会心理干预,比较两组干预前后的生活质量及心理状态。结果干预后,试验组的生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组, SAS评分、 SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论社会心理干预能显著改善白内障患者的术后生活质量和心理状态,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of psychosocial intervention on postoperative quality of life and psychological state of cataract patients.% Methods 100 patients with cataract surgery were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received regular nursing intervention, and the experimental group received psychosocial intervention on the basis of the control group. The quality of life and psychological state before and after intervention were compared between two groups.% Results After intervention, the scores of items of quality of life of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group, and the SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than those of control group(P <0.05).%Conclusions Psychosocial intervention can significantly improve the postoperative quality of life and psychological state of cataract patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
