【摘要】 目的探讨膜硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖配体蛋白聚糖-1 (CD138)对慢性子宫内膜炎所致的复发性流产患者的诊治价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2018年6月于我院收治的130例复发性流产患者的临床资料,按照检查项目不同分为研究组(80例)和对照组(50例)。研究组行子宫内膜活检,每例标本均行HE切片及CD138免疫组化染色,比较两种诊断方法的阳性检出率。将CD138阳性者纳入A组,对其进行抗炎及宫腔灌注治疗。对照组仅行子宫内膜活检,每例标本均行HE切片染色,不做CD138免疫组化染色。于A组治疗后,A组与对照组均计划妊娠,比较其妊娠成功率。结果研究组CD138阳性率高于HE阳性率(P <0.05); A组妊娠成功率为75.76%,高于对照组的54.00%(P <0.05)。结论 CD138在慢性子宫内膜炎致复发性流产患者诊治中具有较高应用价值,可为治疗提供有效指导,进而提高患者妊娠成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of the transmembrane heparan sulfate proteoglycan syndecan-1(CD138) in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with recurrent abortion caused by chronic endometritis. Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with recurrent abortion admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were analyzed retrospectively, and were divided into study group(80 cases) and control group(50 cases) according to the different examination items. The study group was given endometrial biopsy. HE section and CD138 immunohistochemical staining were performed on each specimen. The positive detection rates of the two diagnostic methods were compared. CD138 positive patients were selected as group A, and given anti-inflammatory and intrauterine infusion treatment. The control group was only given endometrial biopsy, and each specimen was stained with HE sections, without CD138 immunohistochemical staining. After treatment in group A, both group A and the control group planned pregnancy, and the pregnancy success rate was compared.Results The CD138 positive rate in the study group was higher than the HE positive rate(P <0.05). The pregnancy success rate of group A was 75.76%, higher than 54.00% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions CD138 has higher application value in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with recurrent abortion caused by chronic endometritis, which can provide effective guidance for treatment, and improve the pregnancy success rate.更多还原
