新型原子矢量磁力仪宽带锁定放大器的设计

【摘要】 针对现有磁力仪中锁定放大器带宽不足,以及新型原子矢量磁力仪受到高带宽和小体积的限制,为了有效提取原子矢量磁力仪中光电探测器输出的微弱磁共振峰信号,从锁定放大器的基本原理出发,并与矢量磁力仪的物理原理相结合,设计并实现了以乘法器为核心的可用于矢量磁力仪的宽带、小体积锁定放大电路,可以很好满足新型原子矢量磁力仪的带宽,体积只有7 cm×6 cm×2 cm。系统测试与结果分析表明,该电路功耗为1.02 W,可以测量的最小幅度为80μV,测量误差在0.7%范围内,可以很好地满足原子矢量磁力仪的应用需求。

【Abstract】 In order to extract the weak NMR signal from the photo detector effectively in the atomic vector magnetometer,and for the insufficient bandwidth of the lock-in amplifier in the existing magnetometer,and the high bandwidth and small size limitations proposed by the new atomic vector magnetometer,starting from the basic principle of the lock-in amplifier and combining with the physical principle of the atomic vector magnetometer.,a broadband and small-volume lock-in amplifier circuit with a multiplier as the core that can be used for atomic vector magnetometers is designed and implemented.It can well meet the bandwidth of the new atomic vector magnetometer,and its volume is only 7 cm×6 cm×2 cm.System test and result analysis show the power consumption of the circuit is 1.02 W,the minimum amplitude that this circuit can measure is 80 μV and the measurement error is within 0.7%,which can well meet the application requirements of atomic vector magnetometer.
