混合电位型In2O3氨气传感器的性能研究与优化

【摘要】 以In2O3为敏感电极的混合电位型传感器对于NH3具有良好的响应,其电势变化值ΔPotential与氨气浓度对数值logCNH3之间存在良好的线性关系,在550℃下灵敏度达到了-64.20 mV/decade,此外在敏感电极中掺杂30%YSZ(摩尔分数)可以有效增加传感器的响应电势值。通过选择性实验发现此传感器对C3H6、CH4、CO2、NO不敏感,但CO及NO2对其存在一定的交叉干扰性,为了提高In2O3敏感材料传感器对NH3的选择性,在In2O3敏感电极上引入Ag单质,可以提高此传感器对NH3的灵敏度,并有效抑制CO、NO2的干扰性。

【Abstract】 The mixed potential type sensor with In2O3 as the sensing electrode responses to NH3 excellently,which shows a good linear relationship between the response potential values and the logarithm of the NH3 concentrations,and the best sensitivity is-64.20 mV/decade at 550 ℃.In addition,the sensing electrode doped with 30% YSZ(molar fraction)can effectively increase the response potential of the sensor.Selective experiment showed that the sensor is not sensitive to C3H6,CH4,CO2 and NO,while the notable cross-interference of CO and NO2 is observed.In order to improve the selectivity of the sensor to NH3,In2O3 sensing electrode introduces Ag.As a result,the sensitivity to NH3 is increased and the influence of CO and NO2 is restrained.
