基于PLC的等离子切割工作站控制系统设计

【摘要】 在"智慧工厂"时代背景下,为实现传统工业生产模式转型升级,基于CJ系列PLC设计了等离子切割工作站控制系统。工作站包含等离子电源、机器人等子系统。采用DeviceNet等多种现场总线实现异构网络数据通信,采用NB系列HMI实现人机交互与监控。借助4G工业路由器将PLC和HMI等设备通过互联网接入MES控制系统。旨在消除传统切割工作站的信息孤岛。实现生产过程的全闭环控制,提高产品质量,保证安全生产。使工作站作为智慧工厂的一个信息节点,真正实现工业物联网。

【Abstract】 Under the background of "Smart Factory",in order to transform and upgrading the traditional industrial production mode quickly and efficiently,the plasma cutting workstation control system was designed based on CJ series PLC.The workstation contained plasma power supply,robot and other subsystems.DeviceNet and other fieldbuses were adopted to communicate among heterogeneous networks,NB series HMI was adopted to monitor and interact between human and machine.Devices such as PLC and HMI were connected to MES control system by 4 G industrial router.The system eliminates the information islands of traditional workstations,realizes closed-loop control of production process,improves product quality and ensures safety production.As an information node of"Smart Factory",the workstation realizes the industrial Internet of things.
