【摘要】 目的探讨个性化心里护理对异位妊娠术后患者中的应用效果。方法选自2019年1月～12月本院收治的异位妊娠患者70例,采取"随机数字表分组法"将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各35例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组实施个性化心理护理,比较两组心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分及生活质量测定量表评分。结果干预后,实验组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,两组生活质量评分相比,实验组更高,P <0.05。结论个性化护理能够改善异位妊娠手术患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提高患者术后生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of personalized psychological nursing intervention on the psychological status and quality of life in patients undergoing ectopic pregnancy. Methods: Totally, 70 patients undergoing ectopic pregnancy from January 2019 and December 2019 were randomly divided into test group and control group with 35 patients in each group. Patients in control group received routine nursing, while patients in test group received personalized psychological nursing intervention. The psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups by self-anxiety scale(SAS), self-depression scale(SDS), and WHOQOL-BREF. Results: After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in test group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the score of WHOQOL-BREF in test group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions: Personalized psychological nursing intervention can improve the postoperative anxiety, depression status, and the quality of life in patients undergoing ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
