【摘要】 渔港监督是渔业管理的重要组成部分,在渔业经济和水产品供给方面发挥着重要作用,随着中国渔业经济的快速发展,完善渔港监督管理模式变得尤为重要。从目前渔港监督管理模式所面临的问题出发,结合无人机系统和高分辨率影像技术的特点,初步探索无人机在渔港空间保护、秩序管理及水域环境监测,渔船安全监管及巡逻执法检查,水上事故调查取证和搜寻救助,渔港水域监测、船体状况检查,险情监测和应急响应等方面的应用。在归纳总结国内外相关文献的基础上,详细介绍了无人机技术在沿海渔港管理中的应用优势和前景。随着渔港综合管理改革深入推进,今后,无人机技术的使用在提高渔港管理效率方面将发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of fishery management,port supervision plays an important role in fishery economy and aquatic product supply. With the rapid development of China ’s fishery economy,it is particularly important to improve the supervision and management mode of fishing ports. Starting from the fishing port supervision and management mode,combining the characteristics of the unmanned aerial vehicle( UAV) system and high resolution technology,the paper preliminary explored the application of UAV in fishing port space protection,order management and water environment monitoring,patrol boats safety regulation and law enforcement inspection,water accident investigation and search and rescue,fishing port waters monitoring,the condition of hull inspection,risk monitoring and emergency response,etc. On the basis of summarizing relevant literatures at home and abroad,the application advantages and prospects of UAV technology in coastal fishing port management are introduced in details. With the deepening of the comprehensive management reform of fishing ports,the use of UAV technology in the future is of great significance to improve the management efficiency of fishing ports.更多还原
