【摘要】 目的回顾性分析7F ExoSeal血管闭合器在8F血管鞘脑血管病介入治疗中的安全性及有效性。方法选取2018年6月～2019年8月间使用7F血管闭合器于8F血管鞘脑血管病介入治疗78例患者,统计其技术成功率、止血成功率以及并发症。结果 78例患者技术成功率为98.7%,止血成功率为96.2%,并发症出现3例,发生率为3.9%,包括血肿2例、假性动脉瘤1例,无严重并发症发生。结论 7F ExoSeal血管闭合器应用于8F血管鞘脑血管病介入治疗中是安全、有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To retrospectively evaluate the safety and efficacy of femoral puncture sites made by 8 F introducer sheaths in interventional treatment of cerebral vascular diseases using the 7 F ExoSeal vascular closure device(VCD). Methods Between June 2018 and August 2019, 78 patients underwent neurointerventional procedures via percutaneous puncture of the femoral artery with an 8 F introducer. The access sites were sealed with a 7 F ExoSeal in all cases. Technical and procedural success rates and complications were evaluated. Results Technical and procedural successes were achieved in 77 cases(98.7%) and 75 cases(96.2%), respectively. No major complications were encountered. There were three cases(3.9%) of minor complications, including small access-site hematoma(n=2) and pseudoaneurysm(n=1). Conclusion 7 F ExoSeal vascular closure device is safe and effective for the closure of femoral puncture sites made by 8 F introducer sheaths.更多还原
