【摘要】 目的探讨分析CT引导下经皮穿刺活检对肝部恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法收集接受CT引导下经皮穿刺活检,且经病理证实的120例肝脏恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,统计穿刺成功率、穿刺并发症发生情况及与病理诊断符合情况。结果 120例患者1次定位成功率98.33%,1次穿刺活检成功率为95.83%;穿刺后穿刺部位出现轻度疼痛41例,2例低热,2例肝包膜少量出血;120例中经皮穿刺活检确诊为肝脏恶性病变108例,病理阴性12例,但经术后证实1例为肝细胞肝癌,3例为腺癌,2例为未分化癌,1例为神经内分泌癌,1例为鳞癌,1例为小细胞癌,3例为未分类癌,经皮穿刺活检与手术病理及随访结果符合度为90.00%。结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺活检诊断肝部恶性肿瘤与手术病理符合度高,定位及穿刺成功率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the diagnostic value of CT-guided percutaneous biopsy on malignant liver tumors. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with malignant liver lesions who received CT-guided percutaneous biopsy and were confirmed by pathology were collected. The success rate of puncture, occurrence of puncture complications and coincidence of pathological diagnosis were counted. Results Among 120 patients, the success rate of one-time positioning was 98.33%, and the success rate of one-time biopsy was 95.83%. There were 41 cases of mild pain, 2 cases of low fever and 2 cases of small liver capsule hemorrhage in puncture sites after puncture. Among 120 cases of patients, 108 cases were malignant liver lesions and 12 cases were with negative pathology diagnosed by percutaneous biopsy, and postoperation confirmed 1 case of hepatocellular carcinoma, 3 cases of adenocarcinoma, 2 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma, 1 case of neuroendocrine carcinoma, 1 case of squamous cell carcinoma, 1 case of small cell carcinoma and 3 cases of unclassified carcinoma, and the coincidence of percutaneous biopsy with surgical pathology and follow-up results was 90.00%. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous biopsy has high consistency with surgical pathology and high success rates of positioning and puncture in the diagnosis of malignant liver tumors.更多还原
