应激时多种调节因子对骨代谢及糖代谢的影响
Effect of various regulatory factors on bone and glucose metabolism under stress
【摘要】 近年来有研究者提出骨骼也是一种"内分泌器官",大量实验研究证明骨代谢相关激素及各种细胞因子的分泌不仅影响骨形成、骨吸收,参与骨重塑,同时也在调节糖代谢、协调新陈代谢、改善机体内环境中发挥重要作用。该文对骨折时多种骨调节因子、骨转换蛋白及细胞因子对骨骼修复及对糖代谢影响的相关研究进行简要综述,以期为后续研究提供新思路。
【Abstract】 Recent studies have demonstrated that bone is also an endocrine organ.A large quantity of experimental studies have proven that the secretion of hormones associated with bone metabolism and various cytokines not only affects bone formation,bone absorption and participates in bone remodeling,but also plays an important role in regulating glucose metabolism,coordinating metabolism and improving the internal environment of the body.In this article,the researches on the effect of multiple bone regulatory factors,bone conversion proteins and cytokines upon bone repair and glucose metabolism during fracture were briefly reviewed,aiming to provide novel thoughts for subsequent investigation.
