【摘要】 目的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,探索基于企业微信平台培训+网格化管理模式的建立和应用效果。方法选择该院2020年3月2日至3月10日在岗的980名医护人员为培训对象,基于疫情防控需求,制定培训目标,发掘医院现有企业微信平台进行培训,为确保培训效果,由院领导分片区网格化管理督导,并通过企业微信平台查询培训覆盖率,专家组现场检查个人防护操作的正确率,通过问卷星调查理论知识掌握情况,并进行分析。结果疫情期间采用企业微信平台培训+网格化管理模式,培训覆盖率达100.0%,个人防护操作总正确率达99.5%,理论知识得分达(89.17±11.38)分,无医护人员感染。其中护理人员对培训知识掌握得分最高,医技人员得分最低,护理、医疗、医技人员得分两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疫情期间建立基于企业微信平台+网格化管理模式,有利于医护人员全面、有效掌握相关知识并落实防控措施,是确保医护人员"零感染"的重要保障;医技人员培训效果相对较差,应加强对其的培训和督导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the establishment and application effect of training based on enterprise WeChat Platform and grid management mode during COVID-19 epidemic.Methods A total of 980 medical staff from March 2,2020 to March 10,2020 in the hospital were selected as training objects.Based on the epidemic prevention and control needs and to reach a training goal,the enterprise WeChat platform of the hospital was explored for training.In order to ensure the training effect,the leaders were divided into sections doing grid management supervision,and through the enterprise WeChat platform to query the training coverage rate.The expert group inspected the accuracy rate of personal protection operation on the spot,investigated the theoretical knowledge through the questionnaire star survey,and analyzed.Results Training on the enterprise WeChat platform during COVID-19 epidemic,the training coverage rate reached 100.0%,the accuracy rate of personal protection reached 99.5%,the theoretical achievement reached(89.17±11.38)scores,and no medical staff was infected.Among them,nursing staff had the highest score in training knowledge mastery,medical technicians had the lowest score.By comparison among doctors,nurses and medical technicians,all the differences reached statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion During COVID-19 epidemic,the establishment of a management model based on enterprise WeChat platform and grid mode is conducive to the comprehensive and effective mastery of relevant knowledge and implementation of prevention and control measures for medical staff,which is an important guarantee to ensure zero infection of medical workers.Medical technician training is relatively weak and should be strengthened.更多还原
