【摘要】 目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与糖化血红蛋白A1c(HbA1c)之间的相关性。方法选取重庆医科大学附属第一医院T2DM住院患者117例作为研究对象,回顾性分析其人体测量学指标。应用Pearson相关及多元逐步回归进行数据分析。结果 Pearson相关分析显示,校正年龄、性别后,hs-CRP与HbA1c、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、三酰甘油(TG)呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)呈负相关。多元逐步回归模型显示,hs-CRP与HbA1c、中性粒细胞计数、TG呈独立正相关。结论在T2DM患者中,hs-CRP与HbA1c、中性粒细胞计数、TG均具有一定的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between hs-CRP and HbA1 cin T2 DM patients.Methods A total of 117 inpatients with T2 DM in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected as the research object,and their anthropometric indexes were retrospectively analyzed.Pearson correlation and multiple stepwise regression were used for data analysis.Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that after adjusting for age and gender,hs-CRP was positively correlated with HbA1 c,white blood cell count,neutrophil count,triglyceride(TG),and negatively correlated with high density lipoprotein(HDLC).Multiple stepwise regression models showed that hs-CRP was independently positively correlated with HbA1 c,neutrophil count,and TG.Conclusion In T2 DM patients,hs-CRP has a certain correlation with HbA1 c,neutrophil count and TG.更多还原
