【摘要】 目的探讨成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF23)水平在早期糖尿病肾病与单纯糖尿病患者中的差异。方法 2019年8月通过计算机检索PubMed、MEDLINE、Cochrane Library、中文生物医学期刊文献数据库(CMCC)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台等数据库中相关文献,筛选关于比较早期糖尿病肾病(早期糖尿病肾病组)与单纯糖尿病患者(单纯糖尿病组)血清FGF23水平差异的观察性研究,并进行纳入文献的资料提取和质量评价。结果共纳入6项符合标准的横断面研究。与单纯糖尿病组比较,早期糖尿病肾病组患者血清FGF23水平明显增高,差异有统计学意义(加权均数差=15.29;95%可信区间:5.35～25.23;P<0.05,I~2=96.6%]。结论早期糖尿病肾病与单纯糖尿病患者比较,血清FGF23水平明显升高,提示FGF23可能成为糖尿病肾病的新的标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the difference of fibroblast growth factor 23(FGF23)level in the patients with early stage of diabetic nephropathy(DN)and the patients with simple diabetes.Methods The related literatures were retrieved from the databases of PubMed,MEDLINE,Cochrane Library,CMCC,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform by computer.The observation studies on the comparison of serum FGF23 level between early DN(early DN group)and simple diabetes(simple diabetes group).Then the data extraction from the included literatures and quality evaluation were performed.Results Six cross-sectional studies conforming to the standard were included.Compared with the simple diabetes group,the level of serum FGF23 in the early DN group was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(WMD=15.29;95%CI:5.35-25.23;P<0.05,I~2=96.6%).Conclusion Compared with simple diabetes,the serum FGF23 level in early DN is significantly increased,suggesting that FGF23 could become a new biomarker in DN.更多还原
