【摘要】 目的观察基于遗忘曲线指导下的记忆训练对老年心力衰竭认知功能障碍患者的影响,为改善心力衰竭患者的认知功能提供新方法。方法选取2017年1月1日至2018年3月30日入住该院心内科、伴有认知功能障碍、年龄大于或等于60岁的心力衰竭患者120例作为研究对象。将患者分为对照组和干预组,每组60例。2组均给予心力衰竭内科治疗,对照组在此基础上给予常规心力衰竭自我管理健康记忆训练,干预组给予基于遗忘曲线设计的心力衰竭自我管理健康记忆训练,为期20d。分别于干预前、干预后1个月,采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA量表)、自我管理评定量表、服药依从性量表进行测评。结果经干预后,干预组的MOCA量表总分、自我护理能力、服药依从性较干预前明显提高,且高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于遗忘曲线指导下的记忆训练可以改善老年心力衰竭的认知功能,提高老年心力衰竭患者自我管理能力和服药依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of memory training based on amnestic curve on elderly patients with cognitive failure in heart failure,and to provide a new method for improving the cognitive function of patients with heart failure.Methods Exosomes were extracted from rat serum.The incubation method was used to encapsulate NTCD,and the drug level,incubation temperature and incubation time were taken as the factors for investigation.The drug encapsulation rate was used as an evaluation index.The drug loading process was optimized by response surface methodology and verified.Results A total of 120 patients with heart failure who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology at the hospital from January 1,2017 to March 30,2018,with cognitive dysfunction,and aged 60 years or older were selected.Patients were divided into control group and intervention group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were given medical treatment for heart failure.The control group was given routine heart failure self-management healthy memory training on this basis for 20 days.The intervention group was given heart failure self-management healthy memory training based on forgetting curve design for 20 days.Before the intervention and 1 month after the intervention,the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA scale),self-management assessment scale,and medication compliance scale were used for evaluation.Conclusion The memory training based on the forgetting curve can improve the cognitive function of elderly heart failure,improve the self-management ability and medication compliance of elderly heart failure patients.更多还原
