【摘要】 目的观察应用多糖蛋白乳膏联合维生素C片治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法将2018年1-12月湖北省十堰市太和医院皮肤病中心收治的310例女性黄褐斑患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组155例。治疗组给予多糖蛋白乳膏外用治疗,对照组给予0.025%维A酸乳膏外用治疗,2组患者均口服维生素C片(每次0.2g,每天3次),治疗1个月为1个疗程。通过观察黄褐斑色素深浅、色斑面积大小变化、治疗前后总积分、下降指数等对疗效进行评价。结果治疗组患者治疗3个疗程后治愈98例(63.23%),显效39例(25.16%),好转18例(11.61%),总有效率为88.39%,治疗后平均积分下降指数为(0.70±0.21);对照组患者治疗3个疗程后治愈24例(15.48%),显效38例(24.52%),好转73例(47.10%),无效20例(12.90%),总有效率为40.00%,治疗后平均积分下降指数为(0.46±0.12);2组患者总有效率、治疗后平均积分下降指数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用多糖蛋白乳膏联合维生素C片治疗黄褐斑疗效确切,效果显著,无不良反应发生,具有良好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of polysaccharide protein cream combined with vitamin C tablets for treating chloasma.Methods Three hundreds and ten female patients with chloasma in the Dermatosis Center of Municipal Taihe Hospital Shiyan from January to December 2018 were divided into the treatment group and control group by adopting the random number table method,155 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with polysaccharide protein cream for external use,and the control group was given 0.025%tretinoin cream for external use.Both groups took oral vitamin C tables(0.2 g,three times daily),and the treatment course lasted for 1 month.The curative effects were evaluated by observing the pigmentation depth of the chloasma,change of colored spot area,total score before and after treatment,and the decline index.Results After 3 treatment courses,98 cases(63.23%)in the treatment group were cured,39 cases(25.16%)were markedly effective,and 18 cases(11.61%)were improved.The total effective rate was 88.39%and the reduction index of average score after treatment was(0.70±0.21),while 24 cases(15.48%)in the control group were cured,38 cases(24.52%)were markedly effective,73 cases(47.10%)were improved,and20 cases(12.90%)were ineffective.The total effective rate was 40.00%,The reduction index of average score after treatment was(0.46±0.12),the total effective rate and the reduction index of average score after treatment had statistically significantly differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of polysaccharide protein cream combined with vitamin C tablets in the treatment of chloasma has a definitely curative effect,its effect is significant without adverse reactions,and has good clinical application value.更多还原
