【Abstract】 An oriented hypergraph is a hypergraph with an incidence function on each vertex and its incidence edge. Based on the definition of adjacent tensor and Laplacian tensor of oriented hypergraph, the definitions of inverse Perron value and inverse Perron vector of oriented hypergraph are presented. Some upper bounds of the inverse Perron value of an oriented hypergraph are given in terms of the number of vertices, edges, degree sequences and the inverse Perron vector.更多还原
