茵栀黄颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊对新生儿黄疸患儿血清胆红素及TRF、CRP、AFP水平的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨茵栀黄颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊对新生儿黄疸患儿血清胆红素及转铁蛋白(TRF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月丹江口市第一医院收治的新生儿黄疸患儿98例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各49例。对照组患儿给予蓝光照射联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,试验组患儿在对照组的基础上给予茵栀黄颗粒治疗。5 d为1个疗程,两组患儿均持续治疗2个疗程。对比两组患儿治疗前后的肝功能指标,血清胆红素、TRF、CRP、AFP水平。结果与治疗前比,治疗后两组患儿血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、总胆红素(TBIL)、CRP、AFP水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组;两组患儿血清TRF水平均升高,且试验组高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论茵栀黄颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗新生儿黄疸,可升高患儿血清TRF水平,降低血清CRP、AFP水平,从而抑制机体炎症反应,同时可降低血清胆红素水平,促进患儿的肝功能恢复。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Yinzhihuang granule combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule on serum bilirubin, transferrin(TRF), C-reactive protein(CRP), alpha fetoprotein(AFP) levels in infants with neonatal jaundice. Methods A total of 98 infants with neonates jaundice admitted to Danjiangkou First Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method, with 49 patients in each group. Infants in the control group were treated with blue light irradiation combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule, and infants in the experimental group were treated with Yinzhihuang granule on the basis of the control group. 5 days was one course of treatment, and infants in both groups were treated for 2 courses continuously. The levels of liver function indexes, serum bilirubin, TRF, CRP and AFP were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST), gamma-glutamyltransferase(GGT), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), direct bilirubin(DBIL), indirect bilirubin(IBIL), total bilirubin(TBIL), CRP and AFP levels in both groups decreased after treatment, and the experimental group were lower than those in the control group; The serum TRF level of both groups increased, and the experimental group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion Yinzhihuang granule combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule in the treatment of neonatal jaundice could increase the serum TRF level, reduce the serum CRP and AFP levels, so as to inhibit the inflammatory reaction, reduce the serum bilirubin level, and promote the recovery of liver function in infants.
