水热法制备菱面体BiFeO3/CdS复合材料及其可见光性能(英文)
Hydrothermal Synthesis of BiFeO3 Rhombohedra/CdS Composites With Enhanced Visible-Light-Driven Photocatalytic Activity
【摘要】 通过两步水热法成功制备了不同摩尔比例的新型异质结复合催化剂BiFeO3/CdS.利用XRD、SEM和UV-vis等手段对复合材料的物相、形貌和光学性能进行了表征;并通过降解罗丹明B(RhB)对其光催化活性进行评价.结果表明,与单独半导体材料相比,复合催化剂在可见光下光催化降解效率更高,稳定性能更加优异.此外,本文还探讨了光催化降解机理.
【Abstract】 Novel BiFeO3/CdS heterojunction photocatalysts with different mole ratios were successfully fabricated by the two-step hydrothermal method.The structure,composition and optical properties of the as-prepared materials were systematically characterized by the XRD,SEM,and UV-vis DRS etc.The BiFeO3/CdS composites exhibited more excellent visible light photocatalytic activity and better stability than that of a single semiconductor for the degradation of Rhodamine B(RhB).In addition,the possible photocatalytic mechanism of BiFeO3/CdS was also discussed.
