【摘要】 咳嗽高敏综合征(coughhypersensitivitysyndrome,CHS)是对一类具有咳嗽高敏感性特征不同临床情况的总称。CHS的提出可提高临床工作者对慢性咳嗽的理解和处理。中医认为,CHS病机以肺肾不足为其根本,外邪为其诱因。据此,本文围绕CHS病因病机展开讨论,并提出整体调理与脏腑调理相结合的治疗原则,强调在避免感受外邪同时,注重调理肺、胃、肝、肾等脏腑功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cough hypersensitivity syndrome(CHS) is a general term for a group of different clinical conditions characterized by cough hypersensitivity. The appearance of the concept can improve the understanding and management of chronic cough by clinical workers. TCM believes that the basic pathogenesis of CHS is the deficiency of lung and kidney, and the external pathogen is the inducing factor. Therefore, this article proposed the treatment principles combined with the holistic regulation and viscera regulation on the basis of the discussion on etiology and pathogenesis of CHS. It is emphasized that the function of lung, stomach, liver, kidney and other organs should be regulated while avoiding infection of external evils.更多还原
