【摘要】 对2个分别服役12年和20年的位于北京市的SBS改性沥青卷材屋面防水工程实际案例进行了现场勘测和取样检测,通过一系列标准化实验表征了样品的若干关键性能。分析总结了样品性能劣化程度及原因,从实际工程案例角度评价了SBS改性沥青卷材的耐久性。研究表明,工程案例中的SBSⅠ型和Ⅱ型改性沥青卷材性能虽然均有不同程度劣化,但与防水功能相关的性能保持较好,还没达到SBS改性沥青卷材功能失效标准,说明这2个案例中的防水卷材仍具备防水功能。在北京地区平屋面SBSⅠ型改性沥青卷材具有12年以上耐久年限的可能,SBSⅡ型改性沥青卷材具有20年以上耐久年限的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two cases of roof waterproofing projects are described in this paper,in which two kinds of SBS modified bituminous waterproof sheets served for 12 and 20 years in Beijing. Several representative properties on samples were characterized from these two projects after field observation by a series of standardized experiments. The degradation of the properties was analyzed and summarized. The durability of SBS modified bituminous waterproof sheet was evaluated in terms of cases study. This study shows that degradation of properties on SBS Ⅰ and Ⅱ modified bituminous waterproof sheet samples was observed. However,the basic waterproof function was well kept because the key waterproof properties can still meet the standards. In total,SBS Ⅰ modified bituminous waterproof sheet may have a service life of 12 years while SBS Ⅱ modified bituminous waterproof sheet may have a service life of 20 years on a flat roof in Beijing.更多还原
