城市建筑泥浆制备免烧砖的强度形成机理研究

【摘要】 使用城市建筑泥浆生产免烧砖是实现其资源化利用的有效途径之一。通过抗压强度试验、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重-差热(TG-DTG)及扫描电镜(SEM)的技术手段对免烧砖试样强度特性及微观物相进行了测试分析。研究结果表明,石灰-水泥体系制备的免烧砖相较于石灰免烧砖具有更高的抗压强度,其原因在于水泥水化生成更多的水化硅酸钙凝胶,有利于胶结免烧砖中的颗粒;而采用硫铝酸盐水泥可进一步提升免烧砖强度,其原因在于硫铝酸盐水泥水化产物相较于硅酸盐水泥水化产物更加致密。

【Abstract】 Preparing non-burnt brick with construction slurry is one way to treat it as resources. Based on compressive strength test,X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermal gravity-differential thermal gravity(TG-DTG),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the strength characteristics and microscopic phases of the non-burnt brick specimen were tested and analyzed. The results revealed that higher compressive strength of non-burnt brick with lime and cement was obtained compared to the brick with only lime. The mechanism consisted in that calcium silicate hydrate gels produced by the cement hydration were enhanced with cement addition,which produced stronger cementation capacity. Additionally,replacing Portland cement with sulphoaluminate cement resulted in higher compressive strength,which was attributed to that a more compact micro-structure was produced with the hydration products of sulphoaluminate cement compared to that of ordinary Portland cement.
