装配式叠合板承载力现场试验研究
Field test study on bearing capacity of assembled concrete composite slab
【摘要】 为研究真实工程条件下装配式结构钢筋桁架叠合板的承载性能,通过堆沙方式加载,开展原位静载试验,得到叠合板上测点处的荷载-挠度曲线、荷载-应变曲线和裂缝开展情况。试验结果表明:钢筋桁架方向为受力主方向,加载至7.5 k Pa时板面出现裂缝,应变发生突变;加载至8.9 kPa时最大挠度发生在整板跨中处,为短方向计算跨度的14/10000,远小于受弯构件的挠度限值;加载至8.9 kPa持荷数天,楼板带裂缝工作,状态良好,说明叠合板具有良好的承载能力。
【Abstract】 In order to study the bearing capacity of steel reinforced truss concrete composite slab under in-situ engineering conditions,the field test of the prefabricated composite slab was carried out by sand bag loading. It was carried out to obtain the stress-strain relationship curves,load-displacement relationship curves and crack development patterns of the composite slab. The test shows that the steel truss is in the main bearing direction,and crack-soccurred on the slab surface when the load reached 7.5 kPa and stress increased suddenly. When loading to 8.9 kPa,the maximum deflection occurs at the mid-span,which is 14/10000 for the short-term calculation span. The deflection is far less than the limit of the flexural member. After holding the load at 8.9 kPa for several days,the slab was in good working condition though with cracks. Therefore,the test indicated that composite slab has good bearing capacity.
