【摘要】 室间隔夹层瘤临床上比较罕见,目前尚无人群发病率统计学研究,常继发于多种心血管疾病,如主动脉窦瘤、感染性心内膜炎和冠状动脉瘘等,无特异性临床表现及体征,超声心动图是室间隔夹层瘤的首选诊断方法。室间隔夹层瘤可引起心脏结构及血流动力学改变,病程常逐渐加重且预后不佳,一经发现应积极治疗原发病的同时修补室间隔夹层瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,there is no statistical study on the incidence of ventricular septal dissection.It is often secondary to a variety of cardiovascular diseases,such as aortic sinus,infectious endocarditis and coronary artery fistula,etc.There are no specific clinical manifestations and signs of ventricular septal dissection.Echocardiography is the preferred diagnostic method for ventricular septal dissection.Ventricular dissection can cause a series of disastrous effects and gradually aggravate.It should be treatment immediately after diagnosis.更多还原
