【摘要】 目的探讨白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)与心房颤动(房颤)的关系,并了解其在不同房颤类型与机体不同部位的表达差异性。方法纳入2018年1~10月中山大学附属第一医院心内科住院的房颤和非房颤患者,采用流式细胞技术分析其IL-17A+的淋巴细胞比例。结果研究共纳入46例患者,其中房颤患者22例(阵发性房颤12例、持续性房颤10例),非房颤患者24例。结果显示,房颤患者的外周血IL-17A+淋巴细胞比例(3.1%,2.2%~3.9%)显著高于非房颤患者(2.1%,1.0%~3.4%;H=2.6,P=0.009);阵发性房颤与持续性房颤患者的外周血IL-17A+淋巴细胞比例差异无统计学意义(F=2.2,P=0.150);房颤患者的外周血(3.3%,2.6%~4.0%)、右心房(3.4%,2.4%~4.4%)和左心房(3.3%,2.6%~4.1%)中IL-17A+淋巴细胞比例差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.0,P=0.386)。结论房颤与炎性因子IL-17A的表达升高相关,但是这一现象可能与房颤的持续时间无关;此外,房颤的炎症反应状态可能与全身系统炎症反应相关,而非局部炎症反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the differential expression of IL-17 A in patients with and without atrial fibrillation and to study the expression characters of IL-17 A in different types of AF(paroxysmal AF and persistent AF) and the different parts of the patients body(femoral vein,right atrium and left atrium).Methods The patients with and without AF who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from September 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled as the AF group and control group.The percentage of lymphocytes with positive IL-17 A were detected by flow cytometry.Results A total of 46 patients,which includes 22 AF patients(AF group,12 paroxysmal AF and 10 persistent AF) and 24 non-AF patients(Control group) were included.Lymphocyte analysis in peripheral blood showed the percentage of lymphocytes with positive IL-17 A were significant higher in AF group than in control group(3.1%,2.2%-3.9% vs.2.1%,1.0%-3.4%;H=2.6,P=0.009).No significant differences in percentage of lymphocytes with positive IL-17 A were found between paroxysmal and persistent AF patients(F=2.2,P=0.150) and among the peripheral(3.3%,2.6%-4.0%),right atrial(3.4%,2.4%-4.4%) and left atrial(3.3%,2.6%-4.1%) blood samples of the patients with AF(χ~2=2.0,P=0.386).Conclusion The inflammatory factors(IL-17 A) was highly expressed in patients with AF regardless of types of AF and locations of blood collected.更多还原
