【Abstract】 Turning mainly aims at rotary surface,which is a challenge for the processing of rectangular component or parts of whole ball."Ball set of square set" is first of two inlaid square sets.The inner square set can rotate in the outer square set freely.Secondly,there is a free rotating ball in the inner square set.The three individual parts do not come out of each other.The design is unique and the shape is beautiful.Makes a detailed analysis and demonstration of the design process and processing technology of "ball set of square set" and solves the processing difficulties of internal whole ball and inner square set.In addition,it will take further work to study whether the structure of "ball set of square set" can be used in hydraulic valves.更多还原
