【摘要】 围绕哈长城市群,面向高端装备制造产业科技服务平台,构建科技服务评价指标体系,并将评价体系分为科技服务评价指标与科技服务资源评价指标,并对科技服务进行综合评价。实证分析结果表明:哈长城市群高端装备制造产业科技服务能力和科技服务资源均呈现"较好"状态,提出规范服务制度能够促进高端装备制造产业科技服务能力的提升,而科技服务资源的不均衡可能导致高端装备制造产业结构发展不均衡,创新能力下滑,丧失竞争力。更多还原
