【Abstract】 This paper explores the lesson design of the limit of functions at a point. Starting from practical cases, the mathematical expression of limit of functions at a point is abstracted. Combining numbers and shapes, the relationship between ε and δ, a difficult point, is explained. By using the precise definition of the limit of functions at a point, the key challenges of calculating limits by definition are explored and investigated.
