【摘要】 目的探讨全髋与半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法择取2018年1月—2019年12月该院收治的56例老年股骨颈骨折患者为对象。依据其自主及治疗方式,均分后成立对照组与观察组,每组28例。对照组实施半髋关节置换术治疗,观察组则采用全髋关节置换术治疗。统计分析两组对象临床疗效、手术指标及并发症发生率情况。结果观察组治疗优良率(78.57%)相较于对照组(46.43%)呈现明显优越性(χ~2=3.086,P<0.05);且该组并发症发生率(3.57%)相较于对照组(17.86%)也呈现明显优越性(χ~2=3.493,P<0.05);同时,观察组各项手术指标[(14.10±1.01)d、(333.21±13.21)mL、(91.24±5.24)min]相较于对照组[(18.26±1.25)d、(381.42±15.48)mL、(120.77±7.55)min]均呈现显著优越性(t=21.780、19.315、29.828,P<0.05)。结论应用全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效显著,能有效降低并发症发生率,促进患者恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of total hip and hemi hip replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly. Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, 56 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to the hospital were selected as subjects. According to their autonomy and treatment methods, a control group and an observation group were established after equalization, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with half hip replacement, and the observation group was treated with total hip replacement.Statistical analysis of the clinical efficacy, surgical indicators and complications of the two groups of subjects. Results The treatment excellent rate(78.57%) of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group(46.43%) (χ~2=3.086,P<0.05); and the complication rate of this group(3.57%) was compared to the control group(17.86%) showed obvious superiority (χ~2=3.493,P <0.05); at the same time, the various surgical indicators of the observation group [(14.10±1.01)d,(333.21±13.21)mL,(91.24±5.24)min]were compared with the control group [(18.26±1.25)d,(381.42±15.48)mL,(120.77±7.55)min]showed significant superiority(t=21.780,19.315,29.828,P<0.05).
