【摘要】 目的对比两种取栓支架Solitaire FR与Re Vive SE在颅内动脉闭塞治疗应用中的差异。方法回顾性分析无棣县人民医院2016年12月—2019年8月期间16例大脑中动脉M1段急症取栓患者,分别统计应用两种类型支架手术的再通率、取栓次数、术中出血、夹层出现情况等指标进行对比。结果两组再通率均为100.0%,Solitaire FR在M1段近端应用时取栓次数更低,ReVive SE在M1段中远段应用时出现夹层几率更低。结论两款支架均能有效完成大脑中动脉M1段取栓。Solitaire FR抓捕力更强,ReVive SE对血管壁损伤更小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the difference between the two thrombectomy stents Solitaire FR and ReVive SE in the treatment of intracranial arterial occlusion. Methods A retrospective analysis of 16 patients with acute cerebral thrombectomy in M1 segment of middle cerebral artery from December 2016 to August 2019 in Wudi People’s Hospital was conducted. Intermediate bleeding and dissection were compared. Results The recanalization rate of both groups was 100.0%. Solitaire FR had a lower number of thrombus removal in the near-end application of M1 segment, and ReVive SE had a lower probability of dissection when it was applied in the middle and far-end M1 segment. Conclusion Both stents can effectively complete the removal of the M1 segment of the middle cerebral artery. Solitaire FR has a stronger grip and ReVive SE has less damage to the vessel wall.更多还原
