【摘要】 成人股骨颈骨折是临床中常见的一种骨折类型,根据患者骨折线和髂前上棘连线所形成的夹角,该病可以分为3种类型,其中PauwelsⅢ型作为最为常见的一种类型,其力学结构较为特殊,承受了较大的剪切应力,且患者在手术后很容易出现并发症的情况。在现阶段的临床治疗中,该病的治疗方法主要分为了4种类型,每一种类型均有其优劣势所在。该文着重对成人股骨颈骨折PauwelsⅢ型的治疗方法与研究进展进行了综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Femoral neck fractures in adults are a common fracture type in clinical practice. According to the angle formed by the fracture line and the anterior superior iliac spine line, the disease can be divided into three types, of which Pauwels type III is the most common One type, its mechanical structure is special, withstands large shear stress,and patients are prone to complications after surgery.
