【摘要】 目的分析研究起搏器患者的动态心电图检查情况。方法选取该院2016年4月—2019年4月植入心脏起搏器的心律失常患者共82例,分别进行常规12导联心电图检查及24 h动态心电图检查,分析起搏器患者的动态心电图检查情况。结果心房同步心室按需型(VDD)、房室全能型(DDD)、心房起搏心房感知抑制型(AAI)、心室按需型(VVI)起搏器功能障碍检出率分别为11.1%、28.6%、22.2%、29.3%,患者术后合并心律失常的发生率分别为44.4%、28.6%、16.7%、63.4%。常规心电图、动态心电图对心电图ST-T改变的检出率分别为19.5%和36.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.922,P=0.015)。结论动态心电图检查可为起搏器患者的临床随访提供可靠依据,与常规心电图相比具有较高的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and study the situation of pacemaker patients with pacemaker. Methods A total of 82 patients with arrhythmia implanted with a pacemaker in the hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected, and conventional 12-lead electrocardiogram examination and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram examination were performed,respectively. Analyze the electrocardiogram of pacemaker patients. Results Atrial-synchronized ventricular on-demand type(VDD), atrioventricular all-around type(DDD), atrial pacing, atrial awareness inhibition(AAI), and ventricular ondemand(VVI) pacemaker dysfunction detection rates were 11.1%, 28.6%, 22.2%, and 29.3%. The incidence of postoperative arrhythmia was 44.4%, 28.6%, 16.7%, and 63.4%. The detection rates of ST-T changes in conventional ECG and ambulatory ECG were 19.5% and 36.6%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.922, P=0.015 <0.05). Conclusion The dynamic electrocardiogram can provide a reliable basis for clinical follow-up of pacemaker patients, and has higher application value than conventional electrocardiogram.更多还原
