多西他赛联合吡柔比星的新辅助化疗方案治疗乳腺癌的临床观察分析

【摘要】 目的探讨对乳腺癌患者在实施新辅助化疗期间多西他赛+吡柔比星联合应用效果。方法选择该院2017年5月—2019年4月收治的70例乳腺癌患者作为实验对象;抽签法分组后明确各组新辅助化疗方案;对照组(35例):选择多西他赛完成;观察组(35例):选择多西他赛+吡柔比星完成;对比化疗效果。结果同对照组乳腺癌患者化疗效果(31.43%)、(57.14%)对比,观察组完全缓解率(62.86%)以及总有效率(82.86%)提升程度明显(χ~2=6.937、5.510,P<0.05);观察组化疗前,CA125水平为(29.13±3.82)U/mL;化疗后为(15.56±5.29)U/mL;化疗前CEA水平为(14.43±1.49)ng/mL,化疗后为(5.65±0.72)ng/mL;化疗前CA153水平为(46.49±5.53)U/mL,化疗后为(24.65±3.29)U/mL;对照组化疗前,CA125水平为(29.55±3.36)U/mL;化疗后为(22.03±3.83)U/mL;化疗前CEA水平为(14.41±1.42)ng/mL,化疗后为(10.52±1.61)ng/mL;化疗前CA153水平为(46.53±5.45)U/mL,化疗后为(35.12±5.35)U/mL;最终发现治疗前,两组在肿瘤标志物水平方面,差异无统计学意义(t=0.488、0.057、0.030, P>0.05),治疗后,同对照组乳腺癌患者肿瘤标志物对比,观察组CA125、CEA以及CA153水平降低程度明显(t=5.861、16.336、9.862,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者在接受化疗期间,多西他赛+吡柔比星的有效应用,对于患者化疗完全缓解率、总有效率提升,CA125、CEA以及CA153水平降低,效果明显,从而对于乳腺癌患者的病情康复,奠定基础。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of combined use of docetaxel and pirarubicin in patients with breast cancer during neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods 70 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the experimental subjects; the neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimens of each group were determined after grouping by lottery; the control group(35 cases): docetaxel was completed; Observation group(35 cases):docetaxel + pirarubicin was selected for completion; the effect of chemotherapy was compared. Results Compared with the chemotherapy effect(31.43%) and(57.14%) of breast cancer patients in the control group, the complete response rate(62.86%) and the total effective rate(82.86%) in the observation group were significantly improved(χ~2=6.937,5.510,P<0.05); CA125 level in the observation group was(29.13±3.82) U/m L before chemotherapy;(15.56±5.29) U/m L after chemotherapy; CEA level before chemotherapy was(14.43±1.49) ng/m L, and after chemotherapy(5.65±0.72) ng/m L;CA153 level before chemotherapy was(46.49±5.53) U/m L, and after chemotherapy was(24.65±3.29) U/m L; CA125 level in control group before chemotherapy was(29.55±3.36) U/m L;(22.03±3.83) U/m L after chemotherapy; CEA level before chemotherapy was(14.41±1.42) ng/m L;(10.52±1.61) ng/m L after chemotherapy; CA153 level before chemotherapy was(46.53±5.45) U/m L, after chemotherapy(35.12±5.35) U/m L; finally found that there was no significant difference in tumor marker levels between the two groups before treatment(t=0.488,0.057,0.030, P>0.05). After treatment, the tumor markers of breast cancer patients in the control group,the levels of CA125, CEA and CA153 in the observation group were significantly reduced(t=5.861,16.336,9.862,P<0.05). Conclusion The effective application of docetaxel+ pirarubicin during chemotherapy for breast cancer patients improves the complete remission rate and total effective rate of chemotherapy, and the levels of CA125, CEA and CA153 are reduced, which has a significant effect on breast cancer. The patient’s condition recovered and laid the foundation.
