【Abstract】 Sydney Agreement is one of the three international education certification systems for engineering majors and is also the certification standard for engineering and technical specialists trained in three years of higher education. By learning and studying the OBE Outcome-oriented learning achievement evaluation system of Sydney Agreement, this paper constructs a learning achievement evaluation system suitable for clothing design and technology specialty from the aspects of its design, implementation and forms.
