【Abstract】 After emergencies occur,there are a lot of potential public opinion risks due to the prominent social contradictions,convenient and open media communication and psychological imbalance of Internet users. These risks have complex and changeable manifestations,characteristics and laws in different stages of evolution. In order to prevent and control public opinion risk in emergencies,it is urgent to strengthen risk prevention awareness,monitor and warn public opinion risk,strengthen social risk coordination,improve prevention and control technology,guarantee prevention and control safety,and build risk prevention and control mechanism.更多还原
