【摘要】 目的观察人性化护理对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管白血病化疗患者的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的PICC置管白血病化疗患者80例,将其随机分为2组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,基于此观察组行人性化护理。比较两组治疗依从性、健康知识掌握度以及并发症。结果在治疗依从性上,观察组92. 5%较对照组77. 5%高(P <0. 05)。在健康知识掌握度上,观察组为95. 0%较对照组82. 5%高(P <0. 05)。在并发症上,观察组发生率5. 0%较对照组17. 5%低(P <0. 05)。结论人性化护理对PICC置管白血病化疗患者的应用效果显著,即可提升其治疗依从性和健康知识掌握度,且可减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing on patients with leukemia undergoing chemotherapy by peripherally inserted central catheter( PICC). Methods 80 patients with PICC catheterized leukemia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases each.
