枪用发射药的红外光谱分析

【摘要】 目的建立枪用发射药的红外光谱分析方法。方法利用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术对发射药进行定性分析,并且对单双基、不同类型、不同时间的发射药进行比对研究。结果单基、双基发射药的主体成分均为硝化棉,二者的主要红外特征吸收峰均位于1635、1272、1121、1065、999、820cm-1;可利用1719、1595、1496、1372cm-1峰的强弱及形状来鉴别单双基发射药;不同枪支使用的单基发射药谱图无明显差异;不同枪支使用的双基发射药红外谱图无明显差异;不同生产时间的7.62mm的步枪弹用发射药红外光谱图无明显差异。结论红外光谱可用于单双基发射药的快速、准确鉴别,但不能鉴别不同枪支使用的单基发射药或者双基发射药,也不能鉴别枪用发射药的生产时间。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish one infrared spectroscopic analytic method about gun-purposed propellant.Methods Gun-purposed propellants were qualitatively analyzed with infrared spectroscopy,and consecutively having their spectral detection and comparison carried out into the single/double constituent propellants of both different production time and type.Results Nitrocellulose was detected as the principal component of gun-purposed propellant(either single-or doubleconstituent),demonstrating its main infrared specific absorption peaks at 1635,1272,1121,1065,999,820 cm-1.The distinction between single and double constituent propellants can be identified through the strength and shape of infrared absorption peaks at 1719,1595,1496,1372 cm-1.The single-constituent propellant is no significant difference of infrared spectrum when dissimilar guns fire it,and neither is either the double-constituent propellant or 7.62 mm rifle-exclusive propellant of different production time.Conclusions Infrared spectroscopy can be used for rapid and accurate identification of single-and/or doubleconstituent gun-purposed propellants,yet unable to distinguish either the firing guns or the production time of propellant.
