氮磷钾配比施肥对毛竹出笋及叶片生理特性的影响

【摘要】 【目的】本文获得了适用于不留母竹新模式下的最佳施肥配比。【方法】以新模式设立后已连续4至8年没有留养母竹的毛竹笋用林为试验材料,采用L9 (34)正交设计进行N、P、K配方施肥,分析不同施肥处理间毛竹出笋及叶片生理特性状况。【结果】处理6的毛竹笋产量和外观品质及其生理特性表现最优,其产量、单个笋重、长度、笋基茎、可食率、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量及叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量分别比对照高67.4%、57.1%、37.7%、37.2%、30.8%、71.3%、72.4%、32.2%、33.69%、48.2%、76.9%。N显著影响毛竹笋产量和品质及其叶片生理特性。影响毛竹笋产量、可溶性糖、淀粉含量及其叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、淀粉含量的因素次序为N>P>K,影响毛竹其他笋品质及其叶片生理特性的因素次序为N>K>P。【结论】最佳施肥处理为N2P3K1,即氮磷钾配比为8∶7∶1。

【Abstract】 【Objective】This paper aimed to obtain the best fertilization ratio suitable for the new model without female bamboo.【Method】The bamboo shoots using the bamboo shoots with foster mother bamboo that had not been kept for 4 to 8 years after the establishment of the new model were used as the experimental material. The N, P and K formula fertilization was carried out by L9(34) orthogonal design.【Result】The yield, quality and physiological characteristics of bamboo shoots treated with 6 were the best, and the yield, weight, length, shoot base stem, edible rate, soluble sugar content, starch content, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content and starch content of leaves were higher than the control 67.4 %, 57.1 %, 37.7 %, 37.2 %,30.8 %, 71.3 %, 72.4 %, 32.2 %, 33.69 %, 48.2 %, 76.9 %. N significantly affected the yield, quality and leaf physiology of bamboo shoots. The order of factors influencing the yield, soluble sugar and starch content of bamboo shoots and the soluble protein, soluble sugar and starch content of leaves was N>P>K, and the order of factors influencing the quality of other bamboo shoots and the physiological characteristics of leaves was N>K>P.【Conclusion】The optimal fertilization treatment was N2P3K1, and the ratio of N, P and K was 8∶7∶1.
