鼻息肉组织中核转录因子-κB、Toll样受体2及上皮克隆蛋白的表达及其意义
Expression and Correlation Analysis of NF-κB,TLR2 and PLUNC in Nasal Polyps
【摘要】 目的探讨鼻息肉组织中核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、Toll样受体2(TLR2)和腭、肺及鼻咽上皮克隆蛋白(PLUNC)的表达及其意义。方法采用回顾性研究,收集本院90例鼻息肉组织标本(病例组),另收集45例正常鼻甲黏膜组织标本(对照组)。采用苏木精-伊红染色检测两组嗜酸性粒细胞浸润程度,根据免疫组化法检测两组NF-κB p65、TLR2及PLUNC的分布及其表达水平,对病例组鼻息肉组织中NF-κB p65、TLR2及PLUNC的表达情况进行相关性分析。结果相比对照组,病例组鼻息肉组织中嗜酸性粒细胞阳性率升高(P<0.01)。病例组鼻息肉组织中NF-κB p65和TLR2表达阳性率高于对照组,PLUNC表达阳性率低于对照组(P<0.001)。鼻息肉组织中TLR2与NF-κB p65表达呈正相关,PLUNC与NF-κB p65、TLR2均呈负相关(P均<0.05)。结论鼻息肉组织中NF-κB p65、TLR2表达升高、PLUNC表达降低,三者表达强度有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the expression of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB),toll like receptor 2(TLR2)and palato palate lung nasal epithelium clone(PLUNC)in nasal polyps and normal turbinate mucosa,and to analyze the correlation between the expression levels. Methods A total of 90 specimens of nasal polyps(case group)and 45 specimens of normal turbinate mucosa(control group)were collected. The infiltration degree of eosinophils in the two groups was detected by hematoxylin eosin staining,the distribution and expression levels of NF-κB p65,TLR2 and PLUNC in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the expression of NF-κB p65,TLR2 and PLUNC of nasal polyp tissue in the case group were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the positive rate of eosinophils in the case group was significantly increased(P<0.01). The positive rates of NF-κB p65 and TLR2 in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the positive rates of PLUNC was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001). There was a positive correlation between TLR2 and NF-κB p65 in nasal polyps,and a negative correlation between PLUNC and NF-κB p65,TLR2(P all<0.05). Conclusion The expression intensity of NF-κB p65,TLR2 increased and PLUNC decreased in nasal polyps,which are closely related to the pathogenesis of nasal polyps.
